info.
B. Child Information: Limited non-identifiable activity data (lesson progress). We do not
knowingly collect personal info from children under 13.
C. Technical Information: IP address, browser, device, and usage data.
2. How We Use Information
• Provide and improve course content
• Process payments
• Send updates & customer support
• Manage B2B accounts (schools, daycares)
• Ensure compliance with COPPA & FERPA
3. How We Protect Information
• Secure servers with encryption
• Payment handled by Stripe/PayPal (HTS does not store full card numbers)
• Limited access for authorized personnel only
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share with:
• Service providers (payment/hosting)

• Parent/teacher for child progress
5. Parental Rights & Children’s Privacy
Parents may review, delete, or refuse data collection for their child.
HTS complies with COPPA: parental consent required for under 13 data collection.
6. Business-to-Business (B2B) Use
Schools/daycares must obtain parental consent.
HTS provides resources but does not control student info outside the platform.

• Opt-out of marketing emails
• Request deletion of your account/child’s data
• Control cookies via browser
8. Data Retention
• Retain business/purchase records as legally required
• Minimal usage data for improvements
• Delete personal/child data on request
